• Reporting to the Managing Director, the Assembly Production Manager is responsible for all Assembly Operations including, Tooling & Equipment, Materials, Internal Logistics, Packing & Dispatch.
• With responsibility for people leadership, safety, production activities, product quality, continuous improvement, on time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with the requirements of Quality, Environmental and H&S accreditations etc.

• A product designer is responsible for the design and development of consumer products.
• Duties of this position include improving existing product designs and analyzing working concepts launched by competitors of similar products to match quality and performance etc.

• To support the Project Manager/ Account Manager in the coordination for projects
• To monitor project developments and to coordinate moving elements for successful project completion etc
|

• Involve with engineering team to achieve department KPI goal.
• Participate in the NPI (New Product Introduction), new component and new processes qualification. Trial run, troubleshooting and conclusions of new trial products.
• Assist & support the team to continuously carry out manufacturing process improvement in term of automation transformation, jig and fixture design, process parameter optimization and work efficiency improvement.
• Assist & support engineering team to meet company mission and goal.
• Support R&D to evaluation, tracking and analysis report.
• Experience on Tester setup for PCBA and final functional test with good understanding of test program validation will be added advantage etc.
